About StackPicks
StackPicks is an independent review publication that helps solo creators and side-hustlers choose business software: funnel builders, newsletter platforms, email marketing tools, and the rest of the stack behind a one-person online business. We are not owned by any software vendor, and no company can pay to change what we write.
Who StackPicks is for
Our reader is running a business alone, usually alongside a job, usually on a small budget. At that scale the question is rarely which tool has the longest feature list. It is which tool does the actual job at the lowest workable cost, and how far the free plan goes before a card is required. Every review, comparison, and guide on this site is written to answer that question with concrete prices and plan limits rather than adjectives.
How we form our opinions
We are evidence-first, and we are specific about what kind of evidence each page rests on. For the tools we use ourselves, the evidence is our own live accounts: we currently run our own sales funnels on systeme.io and publish our own newsletter on beehiiv, so those reviews describe current usage. For every other tool, the evidence is published material: official pricing pages, documented plan limits, and feature documentation, and we label those reviews as documentation-based. How the site is funded
StackPicks earns money through affiliate links, and we say so plainly. When you sign up for some tools through our links, the vendor pays us a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never change a score or a ranking: tools are scored and ranked before monetization is considered. Our affiliate disclosure page lists exactly which links currently pay us.
